MELOPAY

Payments

The deposit collects on the same page as the signature, the balance nets itself off the invoice, and every dollar lands in your own account. Here is how money moves — and exactly what it costs.

Chat to Cash

Five stops between describing the job and being paid for it, all on one link.

ChatSay the job the way you would to a colleague. Hall and stairs, engineered oak, furniture moved.
DocumentPriced from your rate book, tax applied, deposit set, exclusions where they belong.
Share LinkOne link. It opens on a phone with no account and no app.
SignatureThey read it, they sign it, and the signed copy is filed for both of you.
PaymentCard or bank, on the same page as the signature. The invoice already knows about it.

These are the numbers the product's fee engine actually charges (published in code, July 2026). Card and ACH processing run on Stripe; payouts settle into your own connected account — MeloDocs never holds your money.

POWERED BY STRIPE

The rails are Stripe’s. The paperwork is yours.

Every claim here restates the trust center — the page a security review actually reads.

PCI DSS Level 1

Payments run through Stripe, a Level 1 service provider — the highest certification there is.

No card data here

Card numbers are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, never on our servers.

3D Secure

Applied by Stripe when the card's bank asks for it, without you doing anything.

Fraud screening

Every charge passes Stripe's machine-learned risk checks before it settles.

Your own account

Payments settle into your own connected Stripe account — MeloDocs never holds your money.

The receipt trail

What we keep is the record: amounts, dates and the document each payment belongs to.

The signature and the deposit, one page apart.

Send one real quote and watch what happens when saying yes and paying are the same motion.
