The anatomy of a MeloDocs document

Every document has the same bones: your header, the client block, numbered line items with mono figures, a totals rail, terms, and a signature block when the type calls for one.

Document number, dates and totals are computed — you never type them. Quote Q-2C4298 stays Q-2C4298 when it becomes a contract, an order and an invoice, so the whole job shares one paper trail.

Still stuck? Write us a note — a person reads every one.
